All prices are calculated in UK Pounds with VAT where applicable at the current applicable rate. Currency exchange rates are automatically provided by the Paypal payment system.
We try to have stock of all the items on this site, but cannot guarantee this. Therefore, acknowledging receipt of your order does not constitute an acceptance of your offer to purchase an item. We will advise on receipt of your order if anything is out of stock.
We use Paypal for our payment processing. Bank transfer is also an option if you contact us.
We aim to dispatch within 14 days but please allow up to 28 days at busy times.
Prints are professionally packaged with conservation-grade materials and sent in larger than average, hard-wearing custom-made cardboard tubes that best protect your purchase. These are included in the delivery price and sent on a signed-for service.

ORIGINALS AND FRAMED PRINTS
Owing to the unique weights and dimensions of originals and framed pieces, shipping charges will be agreed with you separately and charged in a separate transaction. We will agree these with you before shipping, and charges will never exceed standard UPS rates. You also have the option to arrange your own shipping or collection if you prefer.
Extra postage and packing may be required for large shipments and this will be advised before dispatch. Please note that all shipments to outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches that country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 7 days with your concerns and we will do our best to help. Return of items should be within 14 days of receipt, unused and in the original packaging (ie in a saleable condition) for an exchange or refund. We regret that post and packing costs cannot be refunded. For your protection, please send items Recorded Delivery only. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. If products we deliver to you are not as ordered or are damaged, defective or of incorrect quantity, you should contact us by email within 7 days of receipt. We will replace the incorrect, damaged or defective products or make good the shortfall in quantity or, at our option, credit the price and delivery charges of those products to you. If you do not receive products ordered you should notify us within 28 days of the date of your order. We will deliver the products ordered or, at our option, credit the price and delivery charges of the non-delivered products to you, or if we have not accepted your order and have been unable to contact you, we will notify you of the reason for non-acceptance.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell or disclose customers’ personal details to anyone without their permission. We do not store your financial details. We only use information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
